Open the Shelly's Bistro app, browse the menu, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can choose takeout or delivery.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is confirmed, you can track it in real-time from the "My Orders" section inside the app.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified before they are confirmed by the restaurant. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your registered email address. You will receive a reset link shortly.

How does Shelly's Circle Rewards work?

You earn 1 point for every $1 CAD spent on eligible orders. Points can be redeemed for discounts on future orders.
